1.What is the estimated time for my carpet to dry?
The drying time of your carpet typically ranges from 2 to 3 hours on average. The duration may vary depending on factors such as the amount of solution applied, the humidity and temperature of the room, as well as the thickness of the carpet.
2.Is it necessary for me to vacuum prior to your carpet cleaning service?
Unless there is a substantial amount of dry soil or pet hair present on your carpet, it is generally not necessary to vacuum before we commence our cleaning service. However, if there is a significant amount of debris, we do advise vacuuming beforehand.
3.How do you define an "area"?
An "area" is typically defined as a room that is up to 150 square feet in size. However, L-shaped living room/dining combos are considered as two separate areas. Additionally, any non-standard areas such as bathrooms, hallways, landings, walk-in closets, etc. may be priced at a separate, usually lower rate.
4.What is the estimated time required to clean my carpets?
The duration required to clean your carpets depends on several factors such as the size of the area, the level of soiling, and the type of cleaning method used. However, on average, carpet cleaning usually takes around 15-20 minutes per room/area
5.Is furniture moving included in your services?
Upon the customer's request, we can move light furniture during the cleaning process. However, we do not move heavy furniture, breakables, or electronics.
6.Do you provide appointment arrival windows?
In order to enhance customer satisfaction, we provide a narrow arrival window of 2 hours. On the day of your appointment, we will notify you with a text or a phone call once we are on our way.
7.Is it safe to walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning?
Yes, you can walk on the carpet right after cleaning. However, it is recommended to wear shoe covers until the carpet is fully dry. Our technician can provide shoe covers upon request to avoid re-soiling the carpet during the drying process.
8.Are you able to guarantee complete removal of stains and/or odor from my carpet?
While we are experts in stain removal, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains and odor from your carpet. We will make every effort to remove them to the best of our abilities. However, some stains may be permanent and some odor problems may require the removal of the pad and cleaning and sealing of the subfloor.
9.Will there be an additional charge if there are stains that cannot be removed through a standard steam cleaning process?
We make every effort to remove stains through standard steam cleaning. However, if we need to treat specific stains such as pet stains, coffee stains, wine, juice, rust, etc., it may require more time and additional solution. Therefore, there may be an additional charge for these spot treatments.
10.If I have pet stains and/or odor on my carpet, can you treat it? If yes, what is the cost associated with it?
Yes, we specialize in pet stain and odor removal. However, treating pet stains and odor requires more work than a standard steam cleaning process. In order to provide an accurate cost estimate, we will need to inspect your carpet using a UV blacklight to identify the exact location of the stains and provide you with treatment options.
11.Do you provide carpet protector as a service?
Yes, we highly recommend protecting your carpet fibers with a product like Scotchgard, as it can help prevent re-soiling and make it easier to clean up any future stains. We offer the application of carpet protector after cleaning as a service. Additionally, carpet protector can also be applied to upholstery.
12.If my carpet is in bad condition, will you inform me if it needs to be replaced?
Yes, before starting the cleaning process, we conduct a thorough pre-inspection of your carpet. If we believe that your carpet is in such poor condition that cleaning it will not make a significant improvement, we will inform you and recommend replacing your carpet instead. Our priority is to provide you with honest and professional recommendations that will help you achieve the best possible results for your home or business.
13.How frequently should I clean my carpet?
ch as the amount of foot traffic, presence of pets, smoking habits, and the overall indoor air quality. Typically, we suggest having your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months. Regular cleaning helps to remove dirt, dust, allergens, bacteria, and other contaminants that can accumulate in your carpet fibers and contribute to poor indoor air quality. If you have young children or pets, you may need to clean your carpets more frequently. Additionally, if someone in your home suffers from allergies or asthma, more frequent cleanings may be necessary to help improve air quality. Ultimately, the frequency of cleaning will depend on your individual circumstances and preferences.
14.In addition to carpet cleaning, do you provide any other services?
Yes, we offer a variety of cleaning services beyond carpet cleaning. Some of our other services include upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, and water damage restoration.
